Is there a reason I don’t have anything to listen to?
Busta Rhymes - Pass the Courvoisier, Part 2 (Feat. P. Diddy & Pharrell)
nappypanache asked: Pass The Courvoisier Part II - Busta Rhymes feat. P. Diddy & Pharrell
I find the song to be a series of metaphorical questions:
- Are you an alcohoic?
- Did you in fact, “jump, jump”?
- Did you listen to the entire song?
They all use a lot of imagery that really help convey the importance of these questions.

I love that the main speaker is calling out the second party right off the back. The melody is a little weak in the beginning, but his vocals are really nice. The chorus is strange at the beginning, but the second time it’s sung (with the second party), it’s so fucking strong that it evokes such an almost… animalistic vibe. Fuck. I like that a lot. I like the song overall. I wish there were a bridge that tied more of the story into it, but hey.
He seems hot. I looked up the video and holy fuck, THOSE EYES!
For now i’ll do reviews for songs y’all thrown in my ask box.
So I looked up more reviews on Anal to see what other people have thought.
They all apparently hated ‘Off to the races’.
I listened to it out of curiosity, and figured it was my favorite off the ep.
So I flipped my hair and thought myself better than them.

Okay. Anal Del Rey.
I really didn’t like her music, like at all.
Her image was really, how do I say this- angering.
I don’t like the things that she mixes/utilizes to demonstrate her image.
I don’t think I really like her stuff.
I decided to buy her ep because I wanted to broaden my mind by studying her style with music, and fashion.
At this point I feel like she’s an alternative singer who sounds like a pop star reflecting Florence Welch.

Let’s get things straight.
I’ll be reviewing music.
That’s all.
